Welcome to our walk down memory lane. Here are some of the prior promo video we produced for previous events. We will be adding a lot of new and exciting videos in the coming weeks and months. We are excited to get sailing and have an amazing time.

01. Will there be music everyday?

Well, this a Concert Cruise Event, so YES there will be awesome live music everyday! All shows onboard will be played in either the Main Lounge or Lido Pool deck. All theater and lounge shows will be 100% private for our paying guests only. In addition, we will be partying in Ensenada with our Papas and Beer Private Fiesta. This will feature several of your favorite bands playing your favorite tunes live all day long. So get ready to party and we will see you on the ship.

02. HOW WILL SEATS BE ASSIGNED AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY SEAT ASSIGNMENT?

All seating is general admission. There is an opportunity for VIP seating for a charge of $100 per person. The VIP sells out almost immediately, and allows you early entrance to all shows.

03. DO I NEED TRAVEL INSURANCE?

ALL DEPOSITS ARE UNDER FULL PENALTY – PROTECT YOUR TRAVEL INVESTMENT! As stated in the Terms and Conditions, due to the nature of this event, all deposits on any of our Concert Cruise Events are NON-REFUNDABLE and therefore, we highly recommend travel insurance. Travel Insurance is NOT included in your Concert Cruise Event Reservation. The purchase of insurance is the sole responsibility of each guest sailing and can be purchased at the time of booking or call us at 888-639-8880. Concert Cruise Events, our events and CruisingAgents are not responsible for any losses, including any and all deposits, due to lack of travel insurance.

04. WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

Due to the unique nature of our event, we have a very strict cancellation policy. We HIGHLY recommend that passengers consider purchasing Travel Insurance. ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE due to the unique venues and circumstances of our events. All sales are final.

05. What is the Concert Cruise Events Private Jam?

Your cruise to Mexico would not be complete without a Papas and Beer blowout, period That’s why we have partnered with Papas and Beer Cantina to bring you our Private Papas & Beer Fiesta. Our Fiesta will blow your mind, featuring LIVE MUSIC from all your favorite bands. Our goal is to create memories that will last a lifetime. We will be releasing more information as the event gets closer. The Papas & Beer Fiesta will take place while we are in port all day in Ensenada. Papas and Beer transportation will be available pier side for minimal cost approx $2 per person.

06. Are there payment plans available?

There are three ways to pay for your cabin on our Concert Cruise Event. Please see the payments section for details. *All payments are non-refundable. You can book your spot for as low as $50 down per person and then make EASY monthly payments.

07. What type of identification will I need to board the ship?

For United States Citizens: A valid passport or Birth Certificate & Gov. Picture ID are required for all travel outside of the United States. Passports must not expire within six months after your date of travel in order to be considered valid. For further information and passport requirements, please visit www.state.gov. Passport cards will not be accepted to meet this requirement.
For Non-United States Citizens: You must have a valid passport and any necessary visas for travel. Please carefully verify the existing identification requirements for your particular travel situation with your local consulate. In addition, non-U.S. citizens who have previously been admitted to the United States for permanent residence must carry their Permanent Residence Card (Form I-551), commonly known as a Green Card. Resident aliens not in possession of this must obtain one at the nearest office of the United States Immigration Service
Visas:
 Visa requirements vary depending on the passport under which you are traveling and the countries being visited. Guests traveling under non-U.S., non-Canadian and non-European passports must check with the Consulate of every country visited during the cruise for specific Visa requirements. When contacting the Consulate for the country being visited, be sure to provide the complete itinerary of the cruise so the Consulate can provide the correct information as your Schengen Visa requirements. Guests may also contact a Visa service agency in their country for assistance. All guests are responsible for their own documentation, and can contact their local consulate if they have questions.

08. Is there an easy, online option for check-in?

Carnival Cruise Line has adopted an eco-friendly online check-in procedure that will certainly save you time and energy before you board the ship. You will be sent a unique booking number prior to the cruise and be directed to the Carnivals Online site to complete your online check-in and be able to print your boarding documents. By completing this process you will minimize your time standing in lines on your departure date. We will provide you the links and instructions to make your check-in smooth once we are 60 days within sail date.
